2010 Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo
Jan. 29 - Feb. 7, 2010
Cowboy Heritage XVI - Jan. 30, 2010
Stockman's Auction - Feb. 3, 2010

YEE, HAW! The 2010 Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo is almost here!! It has been a long, cold winter and we are ready to put on our dancing boots and head to town. Come and join us for the auctions, rodeos, balls, banquets, horse sales, cattle sales, and just plain fun this year!!

It is time to dust off your best shirt and iron those wrinkles out of your best jeans - the Cattlemen’s Banquet and Ball is going to happen again this year. The Best Western Ramkota of Rapid City is hosting this event on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010 to honor three remarkable individuals for their contributions to the agriculture industry of South Dakota. BHSSF congratulates the honorees. During the event, the Black Hills Stock Show Board graciously allows the Foundation to auction off beautiful and unique items. The total amount raised is used to fund the scholarship program we offer to the students of South Dakota. The items are listed on the link. Thank you is not enough to say to these generous donors that make this event happen. They have each touch a gifted young person who has a chance to make their dreams happen! Join us and help us make all these dreams come true while you purchase a truly unique item not to be seen anywhere else! We proudly offer the newest ‘Great American Cowboy Series’ original oil painting by Mick Harrison. Through the generosity of the Casey Tibbs Foundation, the series now includes Casey Tibbs as the “The Natural”! You will want to see this incredible painting and purchase it for your home as a moment in South Dakota rodeo history.     [ More ]
